Once we receive your request we will start the Application Review Process. This usually takes 24 hours or less as long as all fields are complete. We will promptly contact you letting you know the status of your application via email or phone call.
Once approved you may order online by using the purchase order option in our shopping cart or email us your order. You will need to fax or email a hard copy of the Purchase Order each time you order to firstname.lastname@example.org before your order will ship.
